In instances where a service was paid for but not provided, the refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the transaction or the originally scheduled appointment. If the refund request is not filed within this time frame, the hospital reserves the right to deny the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in the patient’s account, depending on the payment method used.

While Krishna Medihealthcare will make every effort to ensure that our patients are satisfied with our services, certain administrative fees or processing charges may not be refundable, especially if these costs were incurred as part of the administrative procedures or booking system. In cases where services such as diagnostics, consultations, or medical procedures have already been partially rendered, refunds will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances, and a partial refund may be granted, depending on the extent of services delivered.
